Tex Ritter Movie Poster, Autograph & Memorabilia Values

Country-western singing star Tex Ritter (1905-1974) rode tall in the saddle during his Hollywood heyday of the 1930s and '40s. Ritter starred in a slew of low-budget movie westerns including such films as Song of the Gringo, Hittin' the Trail, Rollin' Plains, Flaming Bullets and Prairie Gunsmoke. Woodward Maurice "Tex" Ritter (1905-1974) was one of the more popular singing cowboys of the 1930s and '40s. A talented music performer, Ritter made his motion picture debut in Song of the Gringo (1936), later appearing in such movie fare as Sing, Cowboy, Sing (1937), Song of the Buckaroo (1938), Westbound Stage (1939), Roll Wagons Roll (1940), Prairie Gunsmoke (1942), Oklahoma Raiders (1944) and Flaming Bullets (1945).
