The great Buster Keaton (1895-1966) ranks as one of Hollywood's greatest film comedians. Joseph Frank "Buster" Keaton VI (1895-1966) was one of the big funnymen of Hollywood's Silent Age. The actor-writer-director made his motion picture debut in the short film The Butcher Boy (1917), later appearing in such fare as Cops (1922), Three Ages (1923), The General (1926) and The Passionate Plumber (1932). Buster Keaton 1957 Signed Television Contract

A November 16, 1957, CBS television contract signed by Buster Keaton brought $191.20 at auction. The contract calls for a weekly salary of $500 for Keaton's role in the production of "No Time at All," telecast on Playhouse 90 (2/13/58).
